1. General Terms
By accessing this website and renting equipment from Ironsvet Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The "Renter" refers to the person or entity renting the equipment, and "Owner" refers to Svetlana Equipment LLC dba Ironsvet Rentals.
2. Equipment Condition & Usage
Owner agrees to provide the equipment in good working order. Renter acknowledges that they have inspected the equipment upon delivery and found it to be in good condition. Renter is responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated by qualified personnel in compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA and ANSI standards.
The equipment shall be used only for its intended purpose and at the location specified in the rental agreement. Subleasing or moving the equipment to another location without written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Rental Period & Rates
Rental rates are based on the duration the equipment is out of the Owner’s possession. A "Daily" rental allows for up to 8 hours of use within a 24-hour period. A "Weekly" rental includes 40 hours of use over 7 days, and a "Monthly" rental includes 160 hours over 28 days. Excess usage hours will be billed at a prorated hourly rate.
4. Responsibility for Damage & Insurance
From the moment of delivery until the equipment is returned or picked up by the Owner, the Renter assumes all risk of loss or damage. Renter is responsible for all costs related to repairs, theft, or total loss of equipment while in their possession.
Renter agrees to maintain adequate physical damage and liability insurance covering the value of the equipment and potential third-party claims.
5. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Svetlana Equipment LLC, its members, and employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from the use, operation, or possession of the equipment during the rental period.
6. Fuel & Cleaning Fees
Equipment is delivered with a full tank of fuel. If it is returned with less than a full tank, a refueling fee will be applied. Additionally, if the equipment is returned excessively dirty (concrete, paint, etc.), a cleaning fee will be charged to the Renter.
